Account responsibilities

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld until verification is complete. Failure to supply requested documents on reasonable notice can result in restrictions on your account.

Eligibility requirements

We may block registrations or close accounts where use would breach applicable laws or where we do not offer services in the user’s location.

Acceptable platform use

Users must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit software bugs, use automated playing systems, collude with other players, or engage in money laundering or other illegal activities. Irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, or chargeback abuse are prohibited and may lead to loss of winnings, removal of bonuses, and account closure.

General bonus and promotion rules

Bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotions are subject to specific terms that apply to each offer. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry periods are set out in promotional terms. Each player is allowed to claim promotions only as permitted by the offer rules. Abuse of promotions can result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept multiple payment methods as shown in the cashier. Deposit and withdrawal availability, minimums, maximums and processing times vary by method and region. Withdrawals are generally returned to the original payment method where possible and may require completion of verification checks. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments according to our internal policies. Fees charged by payment providers are outside our control.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint please contact our support team in the first instance. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate promptly and aim to resolve issues fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly we will outline available next steps for escalation in your account area. Bringing a third-party claim or taking legal action should follow the internal complaint process where reasonably practical.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. Continued use of the site after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change you should stop using the service and close your account.
